Default Brand new PAC morphs. Very excite

I ordered some brand new, never sold to the public, Cranwelli morphs today and am very excited. I ordered 2 Sunburst and 2 - 4 eyed albinos. I also ordered a strawberry pineapple and an apricot; but those aren't new morphs. Also getting 4 blues in early February, so it's shaping up to be a froggy year.

They should arrive (so they tell me) on Friday. I'll post some pictures of the guys along with their frog rack I'm building tomorrow. Would anybody like a DIY of the frog rack in steps?

The breeder is The Frog Ranch, the distributor is Underground Reptiles. If you go to Undergrounds Facebook you can see a picture of the Sunbursts. If you go to The Frog Ranches website you can see pictures of the 4 eyed albino.

    Hi guys/gals.

My frogs did come in today. Some mixed emotions about it. One of the frogs is sort-of alive... hard to describe, breaths infrequently, when touched doesn't move and once got flipped upside down (moving into rack) and just stood still. The only reason I know its alive is because occasionally I see it breath (like once a minute)... so we will see what happens and maybe get a refund. Also one of the legs of my strawberry pineapple is deformed/broken, but active and healthy otherwise. The rest of them are quite happy and healthy... aside from being shipped from Florida to California overnight.

Here is the guy that might not make it. $100 4 spot albino... very pretty. I don't feel the picture does it justice.

    Strawberry Pineapple:

    Frog Ranch line Apricot:

Sunburst (again the pictures do not do justice, the reds are much more intense):

Gonna try and feed them tomorrow when they aren't stressed out. I have about 30000 dubias, so they can eat till they explode

I'm sorry to hear that two came in unhealthy! Make sure to contact the seller!

Very pretty frogs, I can't wait until I can get some more... The wife has given the approval but I'm waiting until the reptile show comes to town

Something to do when shipped frogs arrive at your home is rehydrate them.

Bathe them separately in a electrolyte replacement solution diluted with dechlorinated water. Always have some Unflavored Pedialyte on hand. Prepare a bath at a 10 to 1 ration so for every 10 ounces of 80°F dechlorinated water add 1 ounce unflavored pedialyte. The bath for each ffog should be no deeper than up to their chin or half the frog's height. This bath will perk them up and is essential for new arrivals to have a better chance of survival within the first hours of being in your care. Bath duration should be 20 minutes per frog or until the water cools.

I recomend you do so and do contact the seller. They should not arrive in that condition, but this also depends on the length of time in transit to your home as well as sitting at a wholesalers business.

    Keep us posted.

Sorry about injured frogs . Colleen/Jerrod's hydration procedure is a great idea. Who is the actual seller/shipper of your frogs? Asking because know the frog Ranch won't retail and only deals with distributors. Thank you !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Underground Reptiles is the distributor. The one 4 spot albino seems to be doing better. It moved around during the night. I'll pickup some pedialyte.

These aren't new morphs. I along with robert(breeder in Florida) have been producing these colors for awhile.

The 4 spot albino is a regular grade lime green albino.
The sunburst is a apricot x lime green albino.

They have been been sold all last year. Most of our stuff goes to bigger wholesalers and gets over seas

Well, never seen one sold before, so new as far as I can tell... But I'd rather not get into the breeder orgin drama.

I'm just saying your spending $100.00 on a regular lime green albino when they should be around $50.00

Last year’s 'model' is still new to me too.
Congratulations on your new babies!! I recently purchased 2 Strawberry-Pineapples, 2 apricots, a normal green and a brown from Underground Reptiles. One of my Apricots arrived in bad shape and died the next day. I can only speculate what happened, but the bottom line is the rest of the frogs are doing GREAT!!! These things happen and I look forward to buying more from them. I took pictures and reported the problem right away and got a refund with no problem. I’m waiting for Underground Reptiles (or someone else) to sell a Blue Samurai to add to my collection. These frogs are SO cool!!!

Your lime greens are $45-$100 on your website...

Also, the picture of the one on your website does not look the same as the 4 spots I got.

    I guess I'm saying I don't feel ripped off.
