    Default 1849 Illustrations and Description

During my college years, I was fascinated by the artful and detailed scientific drawings in old pre-photography publications. Yesterday was reading about the fauna of the Uluguru Mountains in Africa. So was very surprised to find in the website, a link to a 1849 publication by Andrew Smith .

In it found the publication I'm sharing with a description and color plate of our beloved GABF: http://africanamphibians.lifedesks.o..._adspersus.pdf. Enjoy !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
