Seeking Colorad River Toad breeder in southern Oregon

Sorry I'm new to forums (in 2014...yes...I know...) but I tried to search for this information and couldn't find anything. So if this thread isn't necessary I apologize. But I live about 45 mins outside of Eugene Oregon and I want to start breeding these toads. I've found that these toads are not easy to find. Anyone who can give me any type of information or help would be my hero.
