$1 per Gallon Tank Sale at Petco
I am not sure if this is for all Petco's but my local Petco has a $1 per Gallon Tank Sale on all glass aquariums going on right now. These are great deals !

Are they All Glass (Aqueon) or the Tetra branded ones? I don't know who makes the Tetra branded ones but since Tetra and Pefecto are both owned by United Pet Group my guess would be they are more likely to be like the Perfecto tanks rather than the Aqueon ones. Double check to be sure your All Glass tops and hoods etc will fit. The frames look heavier on the Tetra ones which may mean that the Aqueon lids won't fit.Originally Posted by maxQ

PETCO is having their $1 a gallon aquarium sale again until mid February 2014. Since it's valid only on items on stock; recommend act early if interested. Was looking for couple 20L and only found one in store today. Will try the other local store tomorrow. Sale is good on Aqueon aquariums to 55 gal. size. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!

Well you've done it now Carlos! I read this and went to PetCo. Walked out with a 40G tank for $40. 36x18x16.. Now I need to finish my current build so I can start on the next. Let the planning begin.

It gets worse. My 12 years old son has spent about a month thinking and has decided he wants some frogs of his own. I took him to Petco and he got a 29 gallon long. He will be designing the background and I'll help him along. This will be entirely funded by his money. He is so excited! I am so excited to work on it with him! So now i have 2 more tanks to build!!!

As much as I love building tanks, I hate building on top of each other. My mind starts wandering to the next build before I can complete the first one. It's the issue I am having now. I have an imitator build I need to get done after the industrial tank and I keep wandering to it and losing concentration on the current tank.
