Hi I'm new to this and need help setting up a tank for adf's. What water conditionor? Do they need a stress coat? What food? I have heater and filter so that's okay. Please help

Hello and welcome to FF! I recommend either Seachem Prime or ExoTerra Aquatize to treat tap water. Frogs do not need a stress coat and myself recommend stay away from any conditioner that has aloe vera due to the chemical binders in it.

You can feed your frog locally available live foods (black worms, daphnia, bloodworms); frozen foods (same as for live); and quality frog pellets.
