    Default Help!!!!!!!!!

Can anybody help me. My tiger legged monkey frog looks sick 😥 He's not eating & has gone from his usual bright green to brown. I've only had him 6/8 weeks. He is still very small (I'm used to my chubby WTFs) The temp & humidity are all ok. From yesterday afternoon until this morning he was just sat on the side of his pool...... I thought he had died

    Hello Lynne,
It's great that you have noticed a 'first clue' like this.

I would prepare to collect fecal samples and get them to a herp vet for parasite testing.
Even if he looks to be improving..........I would suggest doing this anyway.

To be real thorough, might as well do the same for your whites as well.
Collect fecal from all of your frogs if possible or at least both enclosures.

If any of the fecals are ( + ) they will ALL have to be treated. If you go from one enclosure to another with out gloves, ever moved a plant, mixed-up a water bowl > all lead to one contaminating another > and the spread of parasites

Without gloves between tanks.....or sharing any tank decorations.....parasites can spread from one enclosure ......even from frogs that are 'harboring' them but not symptomatic... to another enclosure ...and end up making that frog ill

Some vets will give you some basic ' medicine cabinet' supplies to have on-hand so that if a frog becomes ill ........you're ready to go.......and therefore, treatment is not be delayed.
