Hi Dave, i don't mean to say its wrong. i mean to say that
over supplementation can be a problem sometimes.

You'l have to figure out the amount of supplementation to use yourself. However many crickets you put in the bag, the powder will need to be adjusted to it. You'l get the hang of it fast, it's really not hard. Just make sure they have a nice coat of the supplement, but don't look like the fell into the jar.

Dave you're doing it right. Horned Frogs need insane amounts of calcium and shaking them in a bag doesn't overcoat them.

When it comes to dusting I go by frog's age since a growing frog needs more supplements to sustain that growth compared to a full grown adult. Pretty much these are my schedules: http://www.frogforum.net/food-feeder...schedules.html. Sometimes I vary them a bit when dealing with a sparse eater. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
