Whites won't eat.

I recently purchased 3 WTFs. One of them is smaller than then other 2 by quite a bit. I was wondering what I could do to get the smaller one to eat? I would like to try to tong feed him or hand feed him. I have tried to hold a cricket infront of him, but he still wont touch it. Any ideas?

If there's a big differnce make sure it's not to small that the others can eat it, cause they will. I've got two that will eat from tongs or fingers but they all eat best when bowl feed.
