problems?
I've had a single fbt for a couple of months now. Last week I added two more. They are slightly smaller than the original toad, but not much.
I've noticed that the two 'newbies' spend almost all of their time up in the corner of the tank, on the substrate, while the original toad stays in the water (he usually did). I'm also hearing a lot of vocalizing. I'm wondering if he is somehow being aggressive and keeping them out of the water? Is this possible? Could he have become territorial of his 'pond' during his time alone?
Of course I'm making the assumption that the vocalizations are due to distress, maybe it is quite the opposite...
Here is my vivarium. It's a low 15 gallon, lots of room for the 3 toads and hiding places.
