Hi Dakota! From the second link Brian posted (pot no. 4); you can see setting up a ground toad enclosure can be vary basic if you use a 20L aquarium (watch local Petco for $1 a gal. sale) or a clear Sterilyte type container. Agree with Gail that native species are very cool. Getting them young or as tadpoles helps them aclimate to captivity.
Most important thing is to use dechlorinated tap water for it's bath and for mixing with shredded coco substrate. Do include a slab of cork bark or similar for a hideout. Good luck!
