My green tree frogs toes looks a little funny like its broke or bent back, and she has not turned back to her normal lime green color...
I just got a new little green tree frog about half the size of her and she is about 2".
last night I brought the new one home, I changed the water like I normaly do and put the new one in the tank with her, I fed them and went to bed. This morning I noticed that my first frog was a darker green, I know every time she eats she turns brown but most the time by morning she is lime green again and in her normal corner. Today though she was still dark and not in her corner I looked at her and seen her toe this way....
should I take the other one out And put it in a different tank?
Amphibians have great limb regenerative properties. If her toes have a slight problem, it'll heal off by itself after a few weeks or so. No need to worry. If there is bleeding or some fluid coming out then that should be more of a concern
Ok thanks so much!![]()
