    Default Fire belly toad sickness????

I have a fire belly toad that seems to be sick. He is always hiding, and will not eat anything and hasn't for a week/ week & a half. He isn't acting himself, we have had him for almost a year. His home isn't the problem. He has correct temperatures, water, he is fed in a different tank, and has hiding places. He has half water half land. We recently added another fire belly toad, if that could be the problem. We have separated him in another tank for the time being. Could he be constipated? What are the signs of that? He isn't bloated and he doesnt have foggyness in his eyes or around them. He is also incredibly lazy and will just sit in the hand, when we first got him he wouldnt do that. He doesnt seem to get in the water as much as he used to. I hardly catch him in the water. Is there anything I can do to help with constipation if that is the problem.

Hello and sorry your FBT is not well ! From the information provided in post and your previous thread, it's not clear what issue is causing problem. If new FBT was introduced without a proper quarantine period it could have exposed your previous toad to a pathogen it has no immunity against (i.e. parasites). Fecal analysis can determine if toad has parasites. Or maybe the second addition is stressing out your first toad? Please answer the below questions to try and narrow down the cause/s. Thank you !

    “Trouble in the Frog Enclosure”
The following information will be very helpful if provided when requesting assistance with either your frog or enclosure.
