I bought a tiger leg tree frog with my red eyes. I have no idea which kind the tiger leg is. I was wondering if someone knew all of the species so I can look each one up. I can't tell if it's a juvenile or adult. I see certain ones online that appear to stay small and others that appear to grow as large as my red eyed frogs.
Any ideas?
a picture would probably help members identify it for you
I am familiar with hundreds of species and nothing is coming to mind. Some frogs that I know of with red eyes are Agalychnis callidryas, Agalychnis saltator, Agalychnis spurrelli, Duellmanohyla rufioculis, Duellmanohyla soralia, Duellmanohyla uranochroa, Leptobrachium smithi, Leptopelis natalensis, Leptopelis ocellatus, Leptopelis palmatus, & Leptopelis parkeri. None of these frogs do I consider to be tiger-legged, but here see for yourself.

Oh I should learn to read a little slower. The tiger-legged monkey frogs are Phyllomedusa hypochondrialis/azurea and Phyllomedusa tomopterna. Kassina maculata is sometimes sold under the name tiger-legged frog. To be truthful, I wouldn't mix any of the above frogs with your red-eyes, especially the Kassina.
I'll try to get a picture tonight for sure. I should have done that first. :-P
