I kept a small male wood frog on a mostly super worm diet for about a year with no ill effects. I don't see why it would be much different for a gray. They die pretty quickly in their stomach acid, but they do roll around in there for a bit. Pretty freaky looking but nothing to worry about. Some people also claim that super worms can chew their way out of your frog . . . don't believe them.
