My goodness Ivan, that is a really nice setup.
Welcome to the forum and I am looking forward to seeing much more from you.
Hi guys! Greeting from Bulgaria
My name is Ivan and i am new to the hobbie. I just finished my 1st paludarium today, which will be home of 2 fire-bellied toads (that means im still not rly in the hobbie since the frogs aint here, right?)
The tank is 28l. I had many ideas, but the little space in the aquarium sets a lot of limits... Although i managed to add small waterfall to the left side of the tank. Its not something amazing, but im satisfied with it as a first try
The ramp looks like this:
For the plant place i covered the bottom with keramzit, then i covered it with sera filter wool and on top of them gravel
The result looks like this:
My goodness Ivan, that is a really nice setup.

First, welcome to the Forum, and if you love frogs, then you're in the hobby whether you have any or not! Second, if I show my fire bellies your set up, they will be on the next plane to live with you! The habitat looks amazing. Can't wait to see some pics of your new additions!!
Hi there Ivan and welcome to the forum, That's a very impressive set up that you have put together, Well done

Welcome to the forum, love the vivarium. Nicely done!
That is a gorgeous set-up, it's almost a shame to put frogs in it. Welcome aboard.
Thanks for the warm welcomes
Why it would be a shame to put frogs in it, what do you suggest to put instead?![]()

Hey guys! My toads are still not here, but they should come in a week or so, but i already have something to ask.
2 days ago i saw some rly small white invertebrates that swim in the water of the tank and i am thinking to put 2-3 fishes to get rid of them and them fishes will have to live with the fire-bellies. I am thinking of guppys or danio rerios. Is it good idea and if so which 1 is better?
P.S. the invertebrates looks like this:
No, i am not kidding! The rear spheres appear to be something like legs judging by their movement and they are very good swimmers!

No idea what they could be.
the only possibility they got inside is through the mosses that i toke from a river side..
I guess the fishes will deal with 'em, but which 1 will suit better the toads (not as a food), guppies or danios?

I don't think it matters.
Haha that "mysterious" creature appeared to be cyclops. I've seen pictures of it with microscope before, but when i saw it for real its shape looked too weird (like the "thing" on the picture)
Now there is no doubt that the fishes will feast.![]()

That's good news.
