My fire bellies laid several batches of eggs about 4-6 weeks ago. It was her first time so she only laid about 50 eggs. Only 7 got fertilized and this far all of them have done well. I was feeding them shrimp, blood worms, and fish food. Now they are starting to climb on land and I have lost 2. My last 5 haven't eaten any of the mentioned in at least 4 days. I tried to feed them some small crickets. They did try to chase them but were unable to catch them due to the size. even the small crickets were about the size if the toadlets. My local pet stores do not have fruit flies or pinhead crickets. I don't know if I have time to culture my own fruit flies. I currently have them in water still. I want to move them to paper towel will that make it easier for them to feed? should I try crickets again? Any quick solutions before they all die?
