First frog tank ever. Probably need help

That's what I figured. I tired establishing a shrimp colony once before in a betta tank, 4 days....that's how long it took before I lost all 12 shrimp.

Shrimp are very low on the food chain, keeping them with predators just means they are food I've been keeping red cherry shrimp for about three years, they are pretty neat and really love plants.
