Default Leopard frogs at Carolina Biological.

I've noticed Carolina Biological sells live frogs, including leopard frogs. Anyone ever bought some?.

    I haven't as of yet.
But they are not far from me.
I have sent them a email asking if they have a store front and if I could come and pick up
a few of the Xenopus frogs.
Since non of the local pet stores cary them here. But their www site does not say they will not ship them to NC
only place they will not ship is Virginia.

I really miss keeping these frogs and hope to get a few there.

WARNING! TO OTHERS they sell specimens for dissection. EEEKKKK!!!

there's a guy that sells southern leopards on ebay during the spring/summer/early fall but the are of the Florida subspecies and may not be as tolerant of the cold as those say in NJ.

I've gotten from them and requested the northern leopard frogs due to where I live. Out of 10 one was dead on arrival and many were thin. Unfortunetly they are wild caught which I don't like. If anything buy tadpoles of frogs as wild caught can have health issues. The thought some of them are sold for live dissection upsets me

The website only says they won't ship to Alaska without a permit, maybe they changed their policy? they make no mention of Virginia.
