Default red ornate in the mail

I am thinking of getting this super red ornate baby. There are very cold storms going on in Canada though lately. I'm talking -5f and -10f.

So maybe he can keep it for awhile and send heat packs when it gets warmer.

When a new frog comes in the mail what is the protocol? Hydrate it with treated water, anything else?

I would definitely wait. These temperatures are crazy cold. Even with heat packs a frog would likely freeze.
