I feed my fire-bellies outside their enclosure. They actually will voluntarily climb into my hands. So give it time.

I feed mine in the enclosure and I've never had any issues. You are feeding live feeders, and ones that they can eat, right?
I feed mine out of their tank, and they look forward to it. They will get used to the feeding routine eventually.
I feed mine in their enclosure. They seem to really enjoy the hunt in their own environment. They perk up before I even get a chance to put them in there. So lively.
That's good to hear, I think both ways are fine. feeding them in a separate container is a way of monitoring the feeding/frog condition and keeping their enclosure cleaner. It just takes time for your frog to get used to it.![]()
