    Default Minnow Goldfish

Hello, I have some Minnow Goldfish in a 10 gallon tank that is half way filled. It has a water fall. The water fall is powered by a Filter/Oxygen device . So I'm wondering if filtered water is that is coming out of the water and back in rich in oxygen ?

Not rich but yes, it does introduce oxygen into the water by circulation and oh, how many goldfish do you have? A 10 gallon is way too small for a goldfish. Just saying if ever you ask someone else on some other fish forum so you could avoid the bashing

Do you happen to know any fish that 100 % compatible with FBT?

Mixing fishes with ftb is not recommended as they can produce a toxin that could be lethal to fish if they are distressed or harassed by the fish

Oh I see, But by the looks of my FBT, he looks fine and happy especially since I got him a mate that he seems to love ! It's a girl so yee. But the fishes don't really bother, they stay in the back corner out of the FBT's way. I kind of want to add some guppies and I'm pretty sure they would last. The only thing I'm worried a about is that I notice that a lot of my fishes were dying. They all died the same way with abnormal behavior like twitching and swimming awkwardly to eventually dying. I only have 1 fish left and seems to be acting fine .

yeah the fire belly toads have a toxin that kills the fish . I had a firebelly tank and fed them guppies and ghost shrimp only way to keep fish alive there is plenty of water changes .

The whole fire belly and toxins building up in the water is all theory, but never been proven. I know many, many people who have kept fish and some of the more hardy shrimp species like neocaridina sp. with fire bellies for years with zero issues. My guess is filtration is key, although many don't even use mechanical filtration.

That is so true. I think it's a matter of keeping the water changed and clean .

A fish hobbyist from the Philippines got 3 of his kribensis cichlids killed when they decided to taste the FBT haha
