    Default Very Relieved

I am very happy that I found a huge feces in the vivarium this morning.

Found two more feces where the frog has been sitting. I was worried that the frog may have been impacted. Because the dummies at the pet store had dried spagnum moss in the "tank" it was in.

Had the same problem a bit ago with my Pacman. He used to take a dump and move to a new area/dig a new hole. So when I checked on him I knew he had pooped when he was not in his usual spot. Lately he hasn't been moving at all. I thought he may have been impacted but he was still eating so I decided to move him and there it was. Can't imagine why they won't move out of their own feces, but I suppose that's just how they are.

That's interesting because Frog always moves when "he" has relieved "himself". Found one in "his" old spot and the other in the water dish.

Yep, he always used to move when he went and did his business. I could always tell he did because he'd be burrowed in a new spot. Now he just lets it rip. My frog has never defecated in his water dish and only time he uses it is when he sheds, I assume....as he doesn't use it much at all.

This Horned Frog seems to know not to return to the spot where "he" defecated. And the frog never does, moves to a new spot. It just goes back to the old spot to defecate.
