Default Chorus Frog Molting? If not then what is this?

Poor fellow seemed to be in bad shape for a bit. I caught the last of the episode on video. This took place last night and he seems ok today. He was actually more active today than I have ever seen him. I would still like to know what this episode was about if anyone has any insight, Thanks in advance!

Normal molting behavior: stretching, peeling, and pushing old skin towards mouth to eat it .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Cool deal! Gross, but cool. I was not aware he was eating it though. I thought he was regurgitating. Thank you for the clarification. I do not like for critters to die under my watch if I can help it at all. Out of all my frogs, I have to say he is the most peculiar. A very awkward species in every aspect. I have video of him walking and I don,t know whether to find it humorous or pitiful. I have actually witnessed him trip himself up on his own awkwardly long back legs. Puts me in mind of a clown in oversized shoes or a scuba diver trying to walk on dry land with swim fins on. Craziness

So far this site has been top notch for information. I have learned a ton of good info in the couple days I have been here just by reading archived posts. This also seems to be a perfect place to share the outrageous amount of photos and videos I have acquired. I have shared my media on other photo sites but poor frogs just do not seem to be very popular or appreciated with the mainstream populous. Another mystery to me is the lack of interest in the common American Toad. My two toads amaze and amuse me on a daily basis. They are absolutely FULL of charisma and curiosity. Honestly, I would have never thought they would be so entertaining but they most certainly are.
