A Exo terra small low is plenty large enough or a 10 gallon aquarium.

They don't need any kind of height like a tree frog does.
just deep enough substrate to bury them selves into so you don't hear their feet squeaking on the bottom glass.

Some frogs like to have a water dish to soak in from time to time and to do their business in LOL
Some frogs won't touch it. Like mine. So I took it out. But I make sure that the substrate never dries out.
But not soggy. That makes a unhappy froggy.

I have a Low and long that I plan on dividing in to 4 separate chambers.

Louis has your back, They can even be housed in something as small as a 12x12 exo terra for the duration of their life.

Yep they don't do much. LOL
They are a ambush predator. They dig them selves in up to their eyeballs and wait for something to come by and (gulp) gone.

When I feed my 10 month old his monthly mouse, he will just about jump 3 inches out of the substrate to get it.

After that meal he will dig in and I won't see him for a week. If he doesn't uncover him self like he normally does with in day 8 after mouse
wanting his bath to rehydrate and have a BM I will dig him up. but he's a sweetheart and only makes little squeaks. Never tries to bite me.

But all frogs have different personalities.
your baby may bite you and you will think it is cute but when it gets above 1 in STV that bite will get painful and resist the urge to pull your hand away.
Or you will have a flying frog and more than likely a dead or injured frog

Have fun with your new baby.
