Looks like an American green tree frog; Hyla cinerea. These guys are very common in the south. Oh and I can't forget, welcome to the forum!
Hi,
My buddy found this frog years ago and snapped a pic. Does anyone know if this frog is simply deformed or a rare type of frog? It looks like a tree frog somewhat (they're all over around here in south LA)

Welcome to the forum. This is a male American Green Treefrog (Hyla cinerea). He is not deformed, just calling.
Hyla cinerea. Not sure if its the picture or the frog, but the eyes look really bad. Welcome aboard.
