They are some incredibly adapted plants! Those pink colored discoid and Maltese cross shaped bodies in the lower area of cavity are algae called Desmids. Apparently they live inside the plants utricles. No idea if the Bladderwort just offers them a microcosmos to live in, or if the Desmids benefit the plant in any way.
