Are P. terribilis illegal where you live?
Also, i'm not certain that the frog you have pictured there is actually P. bicolor. It very well could be, but the toes color doesn't necessarily act as an identifying characteristic. It is also my understanding that there has been some mixed breedings of the two species and there is a lot of confusion about the two species anyway. It could be a mistake, but i'd be hesitant to say.
