    Default Nocturnal Frog.

I may have missed it in the Horned Frog books I have and also here at the forum. Reading the research papers on Horned Frog they state they are nocturnal. That means they are active at night. That may be why they can get stessed.

Yes they are nocturnal. Everyone should offer them food or bathe them at night unless absolutely necessary.
