Need advice about Wacca

Hi. It's been awhile. Once Wacca's electrolytes got back in balance, she has been doing great! She got big and healthy and gorgeous. Now, for the past few weeks, she has started being lethargic and losing her appetite. Most of the time, I've only been able to get her to eat only 1 or 2 crickets, and sometimes, none at all; twice, I got her to eat 5, but that has become the exception, rather than the rule. (She used to be a really good eater.) Then, 2 days ago, I gave her a honey soak, then a rinse soak, and put her back into her enclosure. She immediately got into her water bowl. After a little while, I checked on her, and it appeared she'd had a bowel movement. I took her out of her water to change it, and I noticed that there was no solid feces in the water, so it must have been liquid, and there was debris floating in the water, including what appeared to be stick-looking worms. (I believe they were some type of worm, because there were several of them, and they were all consistent in size, color, and appearance.) Unfortunately, my local vet (and there is only one) doesn't treat frogs and I don't know how to proceed from here. I know I should change her substrate again, in case it's become infested, but I don't know how to treat Wacca. Please advise. Thank you.
