Looking for a few good woodhouse toads. I have scoured the net high and low and have emailed every frog website google brought up and I can't seem to find the elusive woodhouse toad in its natural habitat or for sale anywhere. I'm not really looking for albino ones either. (why is that all people seem to have posted for sale???)
any help or advice you guys could provide would be awesome and greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I know what you mean - I had to move and my friend was interested in my Woodhouse pair so I gave them to her and just kept my White's Tree Frog. I live in Kansas, and it used to be you'd see baby Woodhouse's in the summer. This past summer I hardly heard any toads calling. Makes me nervous with all that's been happening worldwide to the anuran populations.
Don't know what state you hail from, but if you find a source for Woodhouse or similar Bufo types, do post your findings, will you? Thanks!
Seen them listed couple times at Kingsnake. Do recommend you check any unknown seller in our testimonial section and at Faunaclassifieds. Good luck with search !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Thanks for the replies. I'm in Texas (where there are areas they are supposed to be native) If and when I come across them I will for sure post here to let you guys know. Thanks again.
Thank you!
I have a bunch of normals and few albinos. They are an awesome species
It's getting pretty late in the year around here to consistently find them, but just out of curiosity, male/female, how many? Watching all the Woodhouse toads get crushed every rain on the road in front of my place gets depressing fast.
Edit: Hah, saw this post was at the top, but didn't look at the original timestamp until now. Whoops. >.>
