I think I might MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease).
When they are there to provide food bbs supplemented with calcium and vitamins.
The absence of these elements produces deformations, often affect the jaw, etc. ..
I would try it in the store so I changed to a more healthy. Also I review the problem that has to be treated.
Indicated it would take him to a vet.
Yes, malformation or physical injury. I would take him to the vet.

we don't have any vet in my area specially for frog , so this already happen what treatment are you suppose i give to him to make him recover?
first i dont know this right or wrong , i give him shrimp skin for calcium, put it outdoor so he can get uvb n give him variety of food luckily he has a good appetite he just ate 2 small frozen cricket,2 small roaches, shrimp skin ,or maybe i give mineral block(contain calcium d3 3:1) for my tortoise to him i afraid he cannot digest it ?or there is more better advice i can use to him ???(his size is around 1 inch less can he be normal )
I had a similar case. A Ceratoprhys bbs with mouth half open. Use food supplemented with tetra Reptocal D3 and a tube with UV 2.0 (8-10 hours per day on). The animal at the end has his perfect jaw. I've been a long time. He lived all that time in a tupperware because substrate swallowed by having an open mouth.
I still think I'm not vet and maybe have some other problem. I hope you can understand my point of view.
The exoskeleton of crustaceans does not contain calcium, but does contain chitin, a substance similar to keratin. This same material that makes up your fingernails and is not digestible. It could possibly cause in impaction if the frog would to ingest too much of it, so I would skip feeding the shrimp skins. To give him extra calcium you can make of a slurry using water and a fine calcium/vitamin D3 supplement. You will need a blunt syringe to inject the slurry in his mouth. Some pet stores carry them and so do some hardware stores, just look in the adhesive aisle. You could get medical grade blunt syringes from a vet.
I usually start by putting some of the powder into the syringe, then insert the plunger, pressing the air out of it. Then I draw in water to the syringe, shaking it to mix the water and powder up. Then into the frogs mouth it goes. I would give the slurry every other day.
Remember MBD does not go away over night, so be patient.
Also when putting them outside, monitor the tempertures and dapple the sun light that the frog is getting. Direct may sunlight may be too much to handle, especially in the begining.
thanks for the advice ,today i have bought zoomed repti calcium with d3 cause the seller said this the only calcium that frog amphibian can digest , i grab him n make the slurry powder n manually force him to swallow it but bout the dosage im not so sure with it n i hope it doesnt make my frog get stressed by force feeding , after few moment of force feeding he got big blow up in his stomach i guess he is angry
its dead already ;( n i give to my african bullfrog at least someone happy
I'm sorry for your loss.
Sorry for your loss. Am I understanding right that you fed the dead frog to your African bullfrog?
Not at all, because you could be possibly infecting the receiving frog and end up loosing both frogs.
yea maybe its wrong but i also very angry that time when you just pay much and keep a frog from seller then die in lest than two day u can feel how its feel n the seller keep talking its not his fault ,its happen at shipping n no return but till today i still sure this his fault to sell to me MBD sicking frog , but the return policy is really bad i already complain in first day but he still let me keep for 1 weeks then before one weeks its dead already
I would not do business with them again if I were you.
