Just noticed this tonight when I got home from work, before I fed her. She's been getting 3/4 of a reptomin stick a day for the past week. She was very malnourished when I rescued her and hadn't eaten in months. Is she just constipated or.....what is this little buldge in her stomach?
I'm really not sure. It doesn't look like there is any foreign objects in your tank for him to swallow. I would just wait and see. It's hard to say since this frog is extremely emancipated. Maybe rather than reptomin you could try earthworms that have been cut up? That would be easier to digest than pellets.

Wondering if bulge is a Reptomin pellet? If so it should go down as it is digested. Recommend you get a small plastic vial and pre-soak the Reptomin pellets in tank water. Also, see if frog will eat them if cut in 1/2s.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I wasn't sure if it could be a reptomin pellet or not because I hadn't fed her since the night before. I guess it is possible that it hadn't digested yet. The entire week before I had been given her a half and I was trying to slowly build up to a whole. If she's not ready yet I can go ahead and go back to a half! She doesn't seem to be in any discomfort. She gets super excited when I feed her and swims all around my hand and tries to shove all my fingers in her mouth. Lol!
Try a bait store. Just make sure they don't have dyes or anything.
Good news! I just witnessed her poop for the first time. Proud moment. :')
