Please help!!! I need to know everything there is to know about southern brown tree frogs!!!
From wikipedia:
In Australia, this animal may be kept without any wildlife license when purchased from a breeder. It is illigal to remove any specimens from the wild. Litoria ewingi does not require any UV supplementation, it simply requires a light cycle and a small water source as they are an arboreal species.
If you do a search in the net, will find information about their habitat and can use that data to learn about them and their needs. For example, here is AmphibiaWeb page on them. At the bottom of linked article you can see some references cited for additional info. Is this for research or are you planning to keep?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
I am planning to keep them. I saved them from a dam that was drying up and next spring I want to try and breed them.
