Is it ok if I adopt a pacman frog in the winter ?

Hello everybody, I'm new member and planning to adopt a pacman frog and it is winter here, the temperature is quite cold ( between 16~20 degrees ). Is that ok if I feed a pacman frog without heating lamp? I'm going to put the pacman frog into a closed plastic box ( like this )Thank you so much for reading and answering my question .
