Just received her this week -- did all the research and set up tank a few days before arrival. We just changed the eco ground covering because I was thinking it has gotten too wet. We are having a hard time keeping the humidity up without constantly spraying. The temp. is about 76-80... She has a water dish (we are using distilled water for misting and dish)... She is young about the size of a quarter. Has not eaten on her own -- she did open her mouth and I was able to get in a mealworm.. She seems to be getting weaker and weaker. She had a couple of seizure type episodes. We have had her about a week. We have a firebelly frog, Wasabi, who has been with us four years and doing great. We thought we would try a Pacman.... Any advise? We hope she makes it....not looking good right now. we are trying not to handle her and leave her to herself... we don't want to stress her anymore than she is.. Any advice?
No distilled water, no mealworms, raise the temps a few degrees, use dechlorinated tap. Read the care sheet that is around here somewhere and post answers to the questions in the trouble in enclosure thread.

“Trouble in the Frog Enclosure”
The following information will be very helpful if provided when requesting assistance with either your frog or enclosure. To help with your questions, please utilize the below list and post the information in the proper forum area to get advice from FF members that keep the same frog. This will allow for little confusion and a faster more informed response.
1. Size of enclosure
2. # of inhabitants - specifically other frogs and size differences
3. Humidity
4. Temperature
5. Water - type - for both misting and soaking dish
6. Materials used for substrate
7. Enclosure set up i.e. plants (live or artificial), wood, bark and other materials.
- How were things prepared prior to being put into the viv.
8. Main food source
9. Vitamins and calcium? (how often)
10. Lighting
11. What is being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
12. When is the last time he/she ate
13. Have you found poop lately
14. A pic would be helpful including frog and enclosure (any including cell phone pic is fine)
15. How old is the frog
16. How long have you owned him/her
17. Is the frog wild caught or captive bred
18. Frog food- how often and if it is diverse, what other feeders are used as treats

Sounds like your frog is over stressed. Also destilled water has zero nutrients and minerals in it, it will literally absorb the nutrients from your frog.
Hello and welcome to FF! Sorry your frog is not doing well. As per other posts; your frog is suffering from Toxic Out Syndrome due to use of distilled water for it's bath and guessing was also used to mix with substrate. Distilled, R/O, Demineralized and similar waters have little to zero mineral salts ions. When a frog comes in contact with such waters; it's minerals actually flow out of frog into the water creating a dangerous physiological condition leading to neurological damage and even death
.
First thing to do is to get some unflavored Pedialyte or similar baby electrolyte and make a bath for frog. You will mix 90% 80F dechlorinated water with 10% Pedialyte in a bath to frog's chins depth. Can use a small critter keeper or small plastic bowl with holed up top. Leave frog in bath for 20 minutes and repeat daily for next 5 days; returning frog to enclosure with properly mixed substrate using dechlorinated tap water. Shredded coco should be slightly damp so it clumps in fist without dripping water out.
A good dechlorinator is Seachem Prime and it should be used to treat tap water with it for the frog bath and to mix with substrate. Can use distilled water for misting to prevent watermarks on glass; but do avoid spraying frog with it.
Please go ahead and post answers to Dan's questions and do read the linked article by Mike. We will try our best to get your frog back in health. Getting some electrolytes in frog is crucial to it's survival and should be done right now. Please let us know when you do so and then we will get to step 2 which is to get some nutrients in it. Good luck!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
