This is my tank. I was wondering what would be the best way to removed the siliconed plexiglass as and make it regular tank again. I want remove all that silicone if possible.

You have to empty tank and with a sharp blade (one bladed razor or cardboard box opener) carefully remove silicone until partition comes off. Try and not remove the original silicone in aquarium because doing so could cause a leakage. Good luck !
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
Great advice from Carlos but I have found that using certain types of box cutter can be tricky and dangerous,
There are two types of knives that will help make this job safer and easier.
After cleaning out everything turn the aquarium on its side.
and use a regular box cutter to cut the silicone around the plexi glass. and as Carlos said be careful around the joints of the glass aquarium.
Use one of these.
and not one like the one below, The blade will snap when you apply too much force and could fly off and cause an accident.
After you have removed the plexi glass.
You can use one of these type of razor knives to carefully clean silicone off the glass
And always use a new blade, a sharp blade is safer and makes the job easier.
I didn't know exactly what these knives are called so I figured that a picture is worth a 1000 words LOL
Good luck and after doing this I would set the aquarium out side on top of news papers and fill it to at least 3/4 full
and let sit for a few hours and see if you have any leaks before filling again indoors.
That would be a single edge razor attached to a holder. I just recently bought one for $4 at Home Depot, came with a nice plastic holder and 10 replacement blades. One tip I can give you is change the blades often. Like Louis said it really helps, I changed blades about 5 times when I removed the old silicon from my 20 gallon tank.
All done! Here are the results.
