Ok, so my new whites are coming Thursday. Could i feed them a diet of mostly silk worms or horn worms? also if i fed a diet of silkworms should i still dust them with calcium? My mom doesn't like crickets so i want to feed them these. They will be about 1.5 inches in length so will they have worms small enough? Also i want to look into breeding them so I wont have to buy feeders so much.
Thanks guys!![]()
A diet of just one type of feeder is not healthy. You should also add in crickets, roaches, moths etc. If your frog will feed from tongs you can also try can o' crickets or snails.

Here are some feeders that I raise and do not find necessarily difficult. I've tried crickets and found them more of a hassle than quite a few of these:
As you said hornworms, silkworms, and in addition, roaches (green banana, dubia, madagascar), snails, various species of earthworms, wax worms, and superworms plus all of the intermediate and adult forms of the larval stages make good feeders too. PM me if you need further advice or want to start breeding any of these.
