Those pictures are what I thought looked sort of swollen. So if he looks normal that's good! His behavior is about the same. He tolerates me as his 'mom/cricket lady'.

The only odd behavior lately I've noticed is him moving his head and opening his mouth in kind of a shedding motion, which may have just been shedding but I washed my hands and felt his mouth and it felt normal so I just shrugged it off as shedding but I never really saw shed around in the tank, do they eat their shed like other reptiles?

But I mean he had a fly piece of dog hair on his back and i got a sterile q-tip with some spring water on it and he let me sit there and poke at him to get it off and then when I did he went off on his way. So he doesn't seem any jumpier or anything..just seems like his hands are huge..but I mean I guess he's pretty big.

He's just my baby. I've had him since I started my love with reptiles/amphibians. He was my first and I'm so scared I guess because he's starting to get older. The leaves are starting to bend under him..which is why he sleeps on the thermometer now. I need to get him some sturdy branches. He's so big haha.
