whoops!! I mixed those two completely different singers up, huh? hahaha

thanks for the water level tip - - I just fed them so some messy bloodworm and beef heart....i need to do a water change anyways to suck of their left overs (with a barebottom tank....it looks SO messy!)

maybe i will leave it low for a few days and see what happens

I guess it couldn't hurt. You should keep notes as you go along. That way you figure out what you did right and what you did wrong.

My frogs love good music. I vote for Barry White, puts my Xenopus pair in the right mood.

    Hi Jen:

I would substitute the bloodworms for tubifex or even nightcrawlers (for a real mess ). It has been reported on some of the Xenopus blogs that live bloodworms may be linked to the "Michelin Man syndrome" which can cause renal failure. However, I don't know what impact that frozen or freeze-dried bloodworms have on the frogs.

I do not feed my ACFs bloodworms, so this info is strictly second-hand. You may want to check it out for yourself.
