Back warmer for heat pad

Can you use a back warmer for a heat pad in a 20 gallon long tank? I got the warmer from walgreens initially for the roaches but now I don't have the roaches. It has 6 degrees of heat you can bring it up to. How hot should it be if you are going to put it in the bottom, also do you have to lift the tank up so air flows or no?

Sorry it took so long for a response, but yes you can use the heat pad for this purpose. You can only tell how much it will warm by using a themostat with a sensor that will be in the area where the frogs will be.
