Apparently Bernice isn't nearly as modest as your Pepito. She started peeing almost immediately and didn't seem to care that I was watching very closely.

Guess I wasn't clear enough, He didn't want to have a bowel movement unless he had some privacy.

Ah, I see. I will try the privacy method with her. Hopefully, we'll have poop soon.

The only reason why I found out this is when I did soak for him when the temperature was pretty low in the house. So I covered the bin with a towel to keep the heat in in about 10 minutes I started hearing him slosh around,
I lifted the towel defined that he had a very large bowel movement.
And ever since then he would only do A bm if the towel was on top.

I'm going to try this out tonight. Now that you mention it, the last time she pooped she was in her travel setup and covered pretty well. I hadn't even thought about recreating that private environment for her. Thank you so much!

We have poop and a lot of it! The towel method worked. About 3 minutes into the soak she started going. I think she had started to feel a little sluggish because after pooping she was feisty and super active. Thanks you, again, for the suggestion! I'll be using this method from now on.

Now Louis has me wondering if the towel trick works because it holds the water's temperature, or is it a privacy matter ?
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
