If she eats as much as u say... I think thats normal... Just soak her in warm water to ease pooping... I think thatll do the trick

She looks like she needs to pee and yes maybe even poop. A warm 80° soak like was mentioned above will help.

We have urine! The soak worked within seconds, amazing. She didn't poop but she peed a lot. She's looking like her normal chubby self, again. Thanks, again, everyone!

I know this may sound silly but I had the same problem with my Pepito
and the solution was to put a towel over the plastic bin I had him soaking in to give him
some privacy and after about 10 min or so he was done.

Apparently Bernice isn't nearly as modest as your Pepito. She started peeing almost immediately and didn't seem to care that I was watching very closely.
