That care sheet is a great place to start. From the list you have above, you can skip the water bowl and coconut hide. Instead you can use film canisters stuck to the walls and back of the vivarium. Lots of live plants and microfauna (isopods and springtails) is the way to go. I don't think that thumbnails are all that difficult, particularly R. imitator. My biggest tip for you is to get comfortable culturing fruit flies before you get the frogs, that is the hardest part about keeping dart frogs (and it really isn't that hard).
