frog poops question

I plan on taking my frog to the vet as stated below in another post he finally pooped but its not whole it was in his pedialyte bath how on earth would i store it? would it be able to be tested kept until thursday?I read in another post if it looked mucusy it was protozoa problem? Thanks if you have the answers

You can try and bag poop in a sealable sandwich bag (i.e. Ziplock). Would call veterinary Monday morning and see if you can drop it off then. They should be able to tell you if sample wet by Pedialyte solution is good or not. In the meantime; would keep sample refrigerated (not frozen). Good luck !

thanks i will attempt to bag it lol, now hopefully no one finds the poo in the fridge or asks hey whats this bag and opens it up..
