Paul, I don't think the PNW is a place to raise crocodiles outside. At least not year round. They are more cold sensitive then American alligators. That's what stops me from having one. If I lived in Florida I would have an alligator and maybe some crocodiles, most likely Crocodylus niloticus.

Yeah your right, I don't know of any that can tolerate our temps and it would take too much to heat the water and shelter. Too bad, I would love to have some. Oh well, was just a thought, but OMG a Nile a few Salties would be awesome.
