    Smile Hi, I'll be your host for this evening

    Welcome to FrogForum.net. My name is John Clare and I started building this forum in July 2008. I'm 31, from Ireland but living in the US. I've been into amphibians since I was 4 - my kindergarten teacher decided it would be a good idea for us to see frog spawn hatch and see the tadpoles develop. So I lay the blame totally on her .

    I have had the pleasure of founding and running the Internet's oldest community dedicated to amphibians, Caudata.org. Hopefully FrogForum.net will be as successful in building a great community like the one over there.

    Anyhow, I look forward to talking with everyone about these great animals.
