Thanks for all of the info! I had a pacman frog who passed, it may not have been from redleg( i kept the tank very clean) he was in a 10 gallon(strawberry albino). He stopped eating one day, and the next day he died Im getting two whites tree frogs, but dont worry they are going in a new exo terra 18x18x24 that i bot for them. Im getting a blue phase and a blue eyed to go together from south central herpetological. Have you ever heard of them? I just want to make sure they r good.

I don't have any experiences with south central Herpetological so I really can't say anything bad or good.
Nor have I ever heard of them until this point.

I would love to see a photo of the enclosure you have for the whites.

Ok while i figure out how to upload a photo ill describe it to you. It has a 40 watt night bulb and a 60 watt blue day bulb that provides uva and heat. Ive got eco earth a lagoon water bowls, ground cover plant, philodendron plant, 4 hanging plants, stick on branch, and two vines that i twisted together going around the whole tank. exo terra 18 18 24. is it ok to have the uva lighting instead of the uvb?

In reality A regular 65k White CFL bulb Will be just fine. Everything you described sounds good. The only thing I'm kind of concerned about is how you're going to control the humidity and temperature.
I would suggest getting a simple lamp timer to turn on and off daylight bulb have it come on about 7 AM and then off at 5 PM
The 40 W light bulb I would assume is red and doesn't put out a lot of heat.
What I did for my enclosure was to use an EXO terra CFL hood and two mini dome reflectors.
One had the nightlight and the other had a 50 W ceramic heat element controlled by a zoo med HT 10 Hygrotherm
And they nighttime temperature offset set to 7° so when the lights went out the controller would automatically drop the temperature by 7°
These frogs need a night time temperature gradient.
I also used A zoo med repti-fogger for humidity control.

When I have my whites I fed them A mixture of nightcrawler pieces, dubia roaches, crickets and a monthly pinky Mouse.
I always gut loaded my inset feeders with fresh veg before feeding to the frogs.
I also dusted the crickets and roaches with calcium plus D3 every other feeding.
My terrible Trio Will gobble up just about anything I put in front of them including my finger. LOL
