OMG yes ! My first were Fire Belly Toads, I originally got 3 which turned into 5 by the end of the day, I did a head count everyday, in fact there's a old thread from me asking for help because I lost one. Well 6 species later and I still do a head count about every night and cant sleep until I know everyone is safe and sound.

HINT: I use a very bright mini flashlight to look in all the little nooks, crannies and hiding places, they always show up.

I do a head count of all my reptiles and one amphibian LOL. I have my cat sleep with me in my room so I check on them before I wake them up with lights out, And another headcount when I wake up while putting them to bed lights off LOL

I do head counts several times over the course of the day. The white's are easy, the mantellas, not so much.

I do a head count every morning and every night. When I cant find them all I take the whole enclosure apart until I find them. Once I found three of my 1/2 inch blue eyed whites tree frogs inside their exo terra waterfall. That was fun trying to get them out of it. But I love when I find my adult Whites tree frog half inside her waterfall with the water running over her face (picture below). Name: IMAG0465.jpg
