I use a fluorescent light for my tank which is not very hot but it seems like every 4-5 days I need to add water because its evaporating any ideas?

If your top is unblocked screening, think evaporation will be high. What humidity levels and temperatures are you maintaining in vivarium? Also, check around tank perimeter to ensure it doesn't have a small leak. Thank you!
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
77f and 70-80%.. and its unblocked screening

What kind of tank are we talking about? Evaporation in any tank is normal. There is no "standard" rate of evaporation for any given tank.
