    Im sorry for your loss. I don't think you drown him. I think it was his time and he waited for you to return home before he passed. Any that I've lost have done the same. Don't blame your self. You did all that you could and he is no longer suffering.

    I'm very sorry for your frog's death . Kidney damage due to low temperatures is irreversible and although frogs can recover from edema; their lives are shortened. When you get another one, please ensure the enclosure temperature stays at 82F with a few degrees drop at night. Good luck !
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​
